Once upon a time, there was a small hardware store located in a Check Kawoosa. The store had been around for several Years and was known for its excellent customer service and vast selection of tools, equipment, and building supplies. The store was owned and operated by a Nobel family, Ghulam Mohammad Mohand, who took immense pride in their business. They were always on the lookout for the latest products and constantly trained their staff to ensure they could provide their customers with the best advice and guidance. Customers coming to the store were greeted with a smile and provided with personalized attention. The staff knew their regular clients by name and often went out of their way to provide unique solutions to their building or renovation needs. This made the hardware store an integral part of the town, with people coming from all neighboring cities to shop there. Over the years, the store grew in popularity and size. We added a PVC department with Variety of Pipes, expanding into a complete hardware & Sanitaryware store. As technology progressed, the store adapted as well, introducing modern equipment, smart home technology, and energy-efficient appliances to cater to the changing needs of their customers. The hardware store's exceptional service and vast range of products were always enough to make customers come back time and again. Then came the pandemic. The store closed temporarily with plenty of ideas to keep the business running. They started offering Home Delivery, curbside pickup, and On call odering. They also introduced virtual consultations to help customers with their home improvement projects. The store kept their customers engaged with onCall tutorials, creating a sense of community despite the physical distance. As restrictions lifted, Suhail Mohand sons of Ghulam Mohammad Mohand opened the store again, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, the hardware store stayed afloat. With their customers' continued support and trust, the couple is looking forward to the future, excited to keep providing their community with excellent service and expertise in everything hardware.
